Refund policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026. Stream Benchhub does not collect payment on this website. When you pay offline for a seat, the following rules apply unless your invoice states otherwise.

Eligibility

Paid course seats for live cohorts and self-paced desks may qualify for refunds when requested within the timeframes below and when materials have not been substantially consumed.

Timeframe

Request a full refund at least 14 calendar days before a live cohort start date, or within 7 calendar days of self-paced access being issued if less than 20% of modules have been opened.

Full versus partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria are met. Partial refunds (typically 50%) may be offered if you withdraw after materials access but before the midpoint of a live cohort, at our discretion and documented in writing. After the midpoint, seats are generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Private workshops already delivered, custom curriculum drafting fees, and completed Executive Signal Briefing days are non-refundable. Third-party tool licenses purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once provisioned.

Email contact@stream-benchhub.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason. You may also call 66 0-2963-7277 during business hours.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your institution.

Cancellations by Stream Benchhub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later desk or receive a full refund of fees paid for that seat.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated travel restrictions may qualify for goodwill credits outside the standard window. Credits are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable without approval.
